Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us info@salterbroscoffee.com.

When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.

If a green coffee is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible or suggest a substitution.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping available within the continental US only.

Shipments arrive by USPS within 1-3 days of shipment date, to street address or PO Box.

We strive to roast, pack, and ship your coffee within 1-5 days of ordering. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances such as interruptions in green supply, may affect shipping times.

RETURN POLICY

We at Salter Bros. Coffee Roasters strive for you to be completely satisfied with your product. You may return an order within 30 days for either a product refund or a replacement. We are not liable for any complaints made over 30 days after receiving your order.

Damaged, missing, or wrong-item order returns and replacement shipping will be paid by Salter Bros. Coffee Roasters. All other shipping charges for returns or exchanges due to customer error or preference are to be paid by the customer.
